Margaret Bourke-White 1906-1971

Margaret Bourke-White,born in New York City, New York, became the first women to work in the field of photojournalism-telling a news story through photographys. She first specialized in industrial photography. She took dramatic shots of factories, business,and architecture. In 1935, the brand-new magazine Life hired Bourke-White. One of her photographs was on the magazine's first front cover. During World War II, she was the first female war reporter to go to Eyrope. She survived a torpedo blast and flew on combat missions. In later years, Bourke-White's profession took her all over the world. She captured images that were both beautiful and informative for magazine readers of all ages.

Maria Conrazon Aquino,known as Cory,was born in Manila ,in the Philippines. She went to college in the United States. Then she returned to Philippines in 1953 to go to law school. In 1954, She married Benigno Aquino, the youngest senator ever elected in the Philippines. Because they opposed diiictator Ferdinand Marcos,the Aquinos were forced to leave the Philippines in 1972. On their return in 1983,Marcos's soldiers assassinated Benigo Aquino.Unafraid,Cory Aquino ran for president aagainst Marcos in 1986. During the election, Marcos's many illegal activities were revealed. He was forced to leave the country. Aquino became the Philippines'first female president. In office, Aquino set political prisoners free and reinstated a democratically elected Congress.

- Wear the protective equipment necessry for each sport you play.For example,wearing a helmet can prevent serious head injuries.
- Always swim with a partner,and make sure an adult is watching you.
- Never play,ride a bike,or skateboard near a road at night or even at dusk. Divers can't see you well at that time,even if your bike has a bike has a bike light and reflective equipment.

There are many good things about my country. We have beautiful temples,such as
Wat Phra Khaeo,we have delicious food such as Somtum. We sing our national anthem every morning. We do a wai,we do not say "Hi". When we see a people like teachers,we wai. The king Rama 9 Bhumipol Adulydej is a great,great,great,great King. He does every things for Thailand.
But there are some not good things about my country. People smoke and drink beer.
When they drink beer,there are a lot of accidents,such as car crashes.There are a lot of young beggars. They sleep on the roadside. Some people are not nice and polite when they chat on MNS or HI5.
So,why don't you come to my country? We can have a lot of fun and do very good things Bye

On Wednesday I wake up at 6.30 o'clock . I'm in school at 7.15 o'clock. That day I have to do morning activity. When I learn D & T I have did a kite ,My kite is big than everyone and my kite color is white the first time I have blue but it very big then T.Mihnea give me white paper.
My was very happy in that day.

On tuesday I wake up at 6.00 o'clock then I go to the school, I'm in the school at 7.23 o'clock. In this week I have to do morning activity with Grace,Preaw,tammy and Me .

Belle vs Mok (0 - 3)

Both Mok and Belle showed great sportmanship!
The first game of our Table Tennis Competition was played by Belle and Mok on 16th July during the lunch break. Our special referee was Teacher Patrick, who was kind enough to help us with the tournament. Poom did a great job keeping the score and making sure the rules of the game were followed by both players.

Mok and Belle, both students in Primary 5 - Pink Panthers played a nice game, with Mok dominating the game for all three matches. The first two m

atched ended 11 - 4 in Mok's favour, and the last match 11 - 3 for Mok.

Where did the ball go?So, Mok moves on in our Table Tennis Competition for Girls and will play against either Patch or Yam depending on tomorrow's results.

I am 10 years old.In my family I have 1 brother my brother name is Krittamet Musikarungsri (Mek) My dad name is Suttirak Musikarungsri (Jim) My mom name is Sirinee Musikarungsri (Keaw) .I love My family so much.The subject that I like the most is Thai club.The day that I like is wednesday. When I grow up I want to be a leelart dance champion. I have start to learn leelart When I was 10 years old.I learn leelart with my teacher my teacher name is Kru Cherd.Kru Cherd is boy he is the leelart dance champion I want to be like him too.
